Sarah has been working as a Humanistic counsellor since 2016. She is experienced in working with all adult ages.
Sarah provides a compassionate and nurturing environment for you to be curious, work at your own pace, and over time begin to uncover issues that could be making it difficult for you to find peace.
If you are interested in working with Sarah, please call or email to set up an initial session during which we can talk about what you want to get out of counselling. If you are happy to continue, we can set up a second session during which we can agree to meet on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your needs.
